- If Lynxen FX is unable to verify the account holder or fails any Anti-Money Laundering (AML) checks, a refund will be issued. Processing charges may apply.
1.2. Order Cancellation:
- If the customer decides to cancel an order, Lynxen FX will issue a refund. Processing charges may apply.
2. Refund Processing Times
- Refunds are aimed to be processed within 24 hours. However, due to compliance reviews, some refunds may take longer.
- Lynxen FX will not hold funds longer than required by compliance checks.
Bank Processing Delays:
- Bank processing times may take up to 5 working days to reflect the refund in your bank account. This is beyond Lynxen FX’s control and depends on your bank’s policies.
3. Refunds for Lost or Delayed Transfers
3.1. Lost Transfers:
- In the rare event that a delivery service (e.g., courier or postal service) loses your order, Lynxen FX ensures the transaction is fully insured on your behalf.
- You may need to wait up to 10 working days for the transaction to be officially classified as lost. A full refund may take up to 30 days, depending on the investigation and reimbursement from the service provider.
3.2. Delayed Transfers:
- In the event of delivery delays where the agreed delivery date is missed and the customer no longer requires the funds, Lynxen FX will issue a refund. The refund will be processed only after the funds are returned to Lynxen FX.
4. Refund Conditions
4.1. Payment Method:
- Refunds will only be issued to the original payer and via the same payment method used for the transaction.
- For debit card payments, the refund will be processed to the same debit card used for the original order.
4.2. Compliance Requirements:
- Refunds are subject to standard compliance checks to ensure adherence to legal and regulatory requirements.
